Kokoist Galaxy Magnet Gel in UFO Landing is a cool-toned, silver-grey shimmer with an ethereal, shifting quality that seems to hover just above the nail. Soft, shimmering white particles catch the light and move with every angle, creating a luminous 5D dimensional effect inspired by the cosmos. The result is a velvety, otherworldly finish that feels polished and refined.
Wear it alone over natural nails for a delicate, sheer glow, or layer it over a dark gel base to intensify the magnetic drama. The buildable formula lets you control glitter intensity with application thickness, making each look entirely your own.
How to Apply
- Thoroughly prepare the nail, removing any dead skin and loose cuticle off and around the nail plate. Lightly buff the nail with a sponge buffer to remove any dirt and excess shine. Wipe any moisture from the nail using alcohol to prepare it for your gel application.
- Apply any KOKOIST Base Gel to the natural nail and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp. Optional: apply two layers of base coat, curing in between, for extra durability.
- Using a gel application brush, apply your KOKOIST Magnet Gel and do not cure. Use the 5D Magnet to stimulate the magnetic particles to your liking. Once satisfied with your design, cure using an UV and/or LED lamp. Cure time: 30 seconds LED / 60 seconds UV.
- Optional: apply a second layer of the Magnetic Gel and repeat Step 3 to create more depth and dimension.
- Apply KOKOIST Top Coat Gel and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp.
- Note: if the gel is applied very thick, it can cause an uneven nail surface or air bubbles to form, leading to improper curing. Store out of direct light and at room temperature after each use. We recommend using a strong curing unit, or else gel will not cure all the way through, causing lifting or peeling. Follow the recommended curing times for each step. Be careful not to get gel onto the skin. Gel applied over the cuticle or around the eponychium area can cause lifting. Uncured gel left on the skin can cause allergic reactions to occur. Discontinue use immediately if itching, redness, or swelling occurs on your skin, and contact a physician.
